• Nourishing Your body with seasonal, organic meals made from local ingredients

• Moving gently with yoga and somatic practices

• Awakening Your soul with breathwork, ritual, meditation, and cacao ceremonies

• Connecting with nature through forest bathing and our emotional garden walk

• Reconnecting with Your inner rhythm through a cyclical living & medicine making workshop, creating your own infused remedy with herbs from the land

• Swimming in the healing waters of the nearby beach
