Over four nourishing days we will move gently between stillness, nature and connection — swimming in hidden waterfalls, walking barefoot by the Atlantic Ocean at sunset, floating in the pool beneath the trees and sharing slow, meaningful moments together around the table.

Through meditation, ceremonial breathwork, yoga and sacred circles, this retreat offers a space to soften the nervous system, reconnect with your inner rhythm and remember the woman beneath the noise of daily life.
